Conti gets pretty good reviews from many as all around. I had poor experience with old version of CrossContact LX (not the LX25). Mine were safety hazard in snow and wore out fast. I do run Conti Viking Contact 7 and Winter contact Si so not opposed to the brand. Parents have the CS5 as shop installed for them. They also run full winter.

After 61k miles, the tires have approximately 5/32" tread depth remaining. Cross rotation every 10k. 30psi all around. Tires still balance perfectly. Ride quality - 8/10. These tires ride a wee bit stiff on concrete roads. Steering response - 9/10. Minivans handle like waterbeds; these tires help eliminate that.
Continental is by far the more comfortable ride. Customers have reported almost zero road noise from select tire models. For this reason, many luxury car brands pick continental tires as their OM tires. This isn’t to say that Pirelli has noisy tires, they simply have a normal amount of road noise.
